The crawfish season is typically between the months of February and June. We had a great season in 2025 and thank you so much for your support. Our event/catering booking link and our phone line is still open (but not regularly staffed) during this part of the year, so please reach out with your inquiries, but be patient!

Serving the greater Birmingham area for the last 15 years, we get the freshest, highest quality crawfish from the Coastal Plains (Acadia/Vermilion) and the famed Belle-River wild-caught crop out of Pierre Part, LA, and the best jumbo gulf shrimp the Southern Gulf Coast has to offer.
