Serving the greater Birmingham area for the last 16 years, we get the freshest, highest quality crawfish from the Coastal Plains (Acadia/Vermilion) and the famed Belle-River wild-caught crop out of Southern Louisiana, and the best jumbo gulf shrimp the Southern Gulf Coast has to offer.
